Adventures are all about stepping into the unknown, with your eyes open.

Sailing and scuba diving carry serious risk, from weather and sea state to the limits of gear and decisions made on deck or in the water.

The documents below exist so you have a fair chance to understand those risks in advance and choose whether to proceed.

We require every guest to review and sign the relevant forms before departure. If you want a lawyer or another trusted professional to review them with you, take the time to do that before you sign.

  • Life on Board - The ins and outs of life aboard Nayru

SailDeep Forms

  • Participation Agreement - Required for every guest. Sets out the risks of sailing, swimming and life on board, what you are agreeing to and what we are responsible for.

  • Minor Participant Form - Required if a guest under 18 is joining you (by prior agreement). Confirms parental authority and supervision on board.

  • Cross-Border Travel Form - Required for Horizon Voyages and any voyage that crosses international borders. Collects passport details and immigration information.

PADI Forms (diving only)
